College
Scholarships:
CCA of Ohio also offers a College Tuition Scholarship for current high school seniors and college students. These students must submit two letters of recommendation, a 500-1000 word typed essay on their educational goals and how dance
has played a role in their future endeavor and a dance video of a self choreographed piece that best depicts their abilities.
The finalists will go through an interviewing process for final evaluation. The students are given the opportunity to portray their talents and love for the arts, their character and leadership capabilities and their future academic goals that they have set out to accomplish. Two thousand, two hundred and fifty dollars ($2,250.00) are available yearly for our member teacher’s students who pursue to win these scholarships.

Verification of acceptance to college
Two recommendations / 500-1000 word essay
/ Dance video
The top 5 candidates will be notified by the chairman after the January
1, 2012 workshop.
These 5 candidates will be interviewed at Ballet Day on February 12th,
2012.
Winners will be announced at Ballet Day on February 12th, 2012.
